You’ll begin by completing your brand questionnaire. Once submitted, we’ll meet for a 15‑minute project kickoff call to review your responses, confirm project details, and make sure we’re aligned before moving into the deeper strategy work.


04. BRAND STRATEGY Foundations

A focused session where we define your brand’s values, audience, and visual direction. Depending on your package, we’ll either set the essential foundations or expand into deeper strategy and a more versatile identity system.


05. MOOD Board + STYLE DIRECTION

I’ll create a curated mood board that captures your visual direction — colors, textures, typography inspiration, and overall aesthetic. This ensures we’re aligned before design begins.


06. LOgo Design

With the direction approved, I’ll design your primary logo concept. You’ll have the opportunity to share feedback so we can refine it until it feels aligned and intentional.


07.two round of revisions

Your package includes two rounds of revisions to refine your primary logo and, if included, any secondary logos, colours, or supporting elements. This ensures your brand feels polished, intentional, and complete. We’ll use your feedback to fine‑tune the details so every element feels aligned with your vision.


08. BRAND GUIDELINES

I’ll create clear, easy‑to‑follow brand guidelines that show you exactly how to use your logos, colours, and typography consistently across every platform. Depending on your package, you’ll also receive a customized Canva or Figma brand toolkit or system to help you apply your brand with confidence and ease.


09. Final Handoff

Once your brand is approved, I’ll organize all of your final files into a clean Google Drive folder, ready for both print and digital use. You’ll receive all logo formats, colour codes, typography details, and supporting elements. Depending on your package, you’ll also get links to your Canva templates or Figma files so you can start using your brand right away.
