02. PROPOSAL, CONTRACT + INVOICE

You’ll receive a proposal, contract, and invoice outlining your deliverables, timeline, and investment. Once approved, you’ll sign the contract and submit your deposit to officially secure your project.


03. Welcome + Onboarding

You’ll be onboarded into your dedicated client portal, along with access to my project management workspace when needed. This ensures clear, consistent communication throughout the project.


04. Project Kickoff

The kickoff meeting is our first structured conversation, focused on establishing clarity, alignment, and momentum. We review the problem we’re solving, confirm objectives, and outline how we’ll work together throughout the project.


05.Feedback + Timelines

Each phase includes dedicated time for you to review work, share feedback, and request adjustments. Timelines are agreed upon at the start of the project, and all milestones, review periods, and delivery dates are outlined so you always know what’s coming next.


06. Final Handoff + File Delivery

You’ll receive access to your new membership and/or course platform and any other project files, organized and ready for use. We will end the project together discussing how to use everything consistently as you launch and grow.
